However, it is also perfect for my stay. The room is incredibly spacious. The bed is comfortable, there's even a sofa and table. The shower is also big, with a Jacuzzi. It took me 10min to cycle from Fukuyama train station, normal travelers should consider local transportation. There's a huge Sports Depo and dining outlets within walking distance. The location was excellent, right next Fukuyama station and thus downtown Fukuyama. Having the Fukuyama Castle park a block away was a nice plus.
